About Injex Beauty Clinics

Injex Beauty Clinics is a growing medical aesthetics brand with locations in

Yorkville and Oakville

. We specialize in injectable and non-surgical cosmetic treatments, known for our modern, approachable, and high-end experience.

We're looking for a

friendly, confident, and organized team member

to help us connect with new leads and re-engage existing clients and leads by phone, text, and email. This is

not a cold-calling role

-- all leads are warm and have expressed interest in our services through social media or online inquiries.

Role Overview

You'll be the voice of Injex -- reaching out to leads, reconnecting with clients, and ensuring inquiries turn into bookings. You'll work both

remotely and in-person (as needed)

from one of our clinic locations for training, team meetings, or special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Call, text, and email

new leads

within 24 hours of inquiry Reconnect with

past and inactive clients

to invite them back Follow up on

no-shows and unconfirmed appointments

Use

JaneApp

(our CRM) to track all communications Provide warm, professional client service in every interaction Collaborate with the owner and reception team to optimize scheduling and follow-up flow

Requirements

Excellent communication skills and a clear, friendly phone voice Professional, confident, and upbeat demeanor Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable using a computer, CRM (JaneApp), and VoIP/Zoom Phone Located in the

GTA

and able to attend occasional in-person training Availability during

daytime hours (10 a.m.-6 p.m.)

, ideally 3-4 days/week
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 32 per week
