We curate, source and authenticate high-quality, pre-owned products from iconic brands such as Hermas, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada and
Chanel and sell them at attractive prices through our e-commerce website, www.lxrco.com, as well as the e-commerce platforms
of our partners across North America. Our omni-channel model is also supported by ten retail "shop-in-shopaEUR experience centers and
by wholesale activities. Following our steady growth, we are looking for a highly energetic, responsible, and experienced
Client Advisor (sale associate) for our shop-in-shop inside the HudsonaEUR(TM)s Bay department store at Richmond Center.The ideal candidate will assist customers with finding their new favourite handbags and accessories using exceptional customer service,
superior product knowledge, and leading-edge fashion advice.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive Sales
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs and demonstrating

excellent knowledge of the products

• Build long-term relationships between customers and LXRandCo by clienteling
• Assist the Senior Client Advisor (Shop Manager) with daily operations in an effective and efficient manner

• General upkeep of the store
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales goals

• Other related tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1-3 years of proven retail experience in a similar role, preferably with a luxury retailer
• Proven ability to sell big-ticket items
• Proven experience in customer satisfaction
