Part-Time Casual Television Assistant



Who we're looking for:




We're looking for a Part Time Casual Television Assistant to help us grow the Rogers Sports & Media brand and connect with our Sportsnet audience by using their passion and excitement to help execute fast paced and fluid live control shows.

What you'll do:



Assist with studio set-up, including manually moving set pieces, equipment and cabling Assist with set-up of cameras, video monitors and studio audio equipment Anticipate and prepare for the studio needs of the production of a live show Provide support to production and operations personnel as required Liaise with management and engineering on all technical maintenance and repair related issues

What you bring:



An aptitude for working within a live broadcast production environment A team first attitude and innate ability to work well with others A natural curiosity and drive to win A care for people and the world around them A passion for sports, content and broadcasting
Strong analytical and technical skills/knowledge of various broadcast control systems and peripherals.

A multi-tasker who works in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
