Duties
Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Perform hair styling services, including cuts, color treatments, and styling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in the work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Engage in upselling of products and services to clients, contributing to overall sales goals.
Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and processing transactions.
Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized service.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or retail industry is preferred.
Strong hair styling skills with knowledge of current trends and techniques.
Familiarity with sanitation practices and health regulations related to beauty services.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an ability to upsell products confidently.
