This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while helping represent the business professionally.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support, including data entry, file organization, and scheduling
Create and send invoices; track payments
Call and follow up with clients in a professional manner
Assist with managing client accounts and inquiries
Use
Canva
for basic design tasks and simple creative projects
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Represent the business on camera and in client interactions when needed
Support overall agency workflow and special projects as required
Skills
Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Comfortable speaking with clients and appearing on camera
Basic Canva skills (design experience is an asset)
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Previous admin or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Compensation
Fixed part-time pay
Plus Bonus and commission
will go into a full-time position
