The Role



We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Administrative & Customer Service Assistant

to join our team. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) to start, with the potential to transition into a

full-time position

and eventually be based in the office 3-5 days per week.

You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, assisting with customer service inquiries, and handling general administrative tasks. Over time, this position will grow with the company, offering opportunities for more responsibility and career development.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via email, ensuring excellent customer experience. Provide administrative support, including data entry and managing office documents. Support the team in preparing reports, and maintaining records. Liaise with internal and external partners, including retailers and suppliers. Help with special projects and tasks as the business continues to grow.

Qualifications & Skills



1-2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or customer service. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience working with retailer systems (e.g., Canadian Tire, Walmart, or other major retailers) is a

major asset

. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
