Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team at Core-Plumbing & Mechanical Inc. This role is vital in supporting our operations and ensuring that our administrative processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily schedules and appointments for technicians.
Communicate with clients, property managers, and residents regarding service requests, quotes, and updates.
Prepare and send quotes, invoices, and work orders.
Maintain detailed reports, documentation, and records for ongoing projects.
Assist with supplier coordination, parts tracking, and operational support.
Support the team with internal communication, task delegation, and office organization.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Professional and client-focused attitude.
Experience in office administration or coordination preferred.
