Job Overview:
We're looking for a reliable and self-motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of remote work and occasional local meetups, with strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to admin and operations.
Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support to management
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Organize digital files and support bookkeeping tasks
Assist with payroll tracking and documentation
Coordinate and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook)
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal staff
Prepare basic reports, summaries, and updates
Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal English communication
Excellent time management and organization
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), email, and calendars
Familiar with basic bookkeeping or payroll support
Experience using social media platforms and scheduling tools
Detail-oriented and self-directed
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Must live in the
Greater Toronto Area
and be available for occasional in-person meetings
Must have access to a personal computer and reliable internet
Schedule:
18 hours per week
Flexible schedule with some daytime availability
