Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? Shay Tire Limited in Berwick is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our team with various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities include:

Filing and maintaining records Reconciling accounts Posting invoices and managing documentation Assisting with general office tasks as needed
Schedule and Flexibility:

Approximately 15-20 hours per week in office Flexibility in scheduling
Qualifications:

Previous administrative experience preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in office software and basic accounting tasks Attention to detail and ability to work independently
