What You'll Do
Handle front-office tasks and assist with general administrative duties
Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries to the right team members
Assist with scheduling, filing, and maintaining records
Prepare documents, forms, and correspondence
Keep the office organized and stocked with necessary supplies
Perform data entry and update internal systems as needed
Provide additional support to management and staff as required
Who You Are
Friendly, dependable, and professional
Strong communicator with excellent phone and email skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Comfortable with common office software (Word, Excel, email platforms)
Able to work independently and take initiative
Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Monday to Friday
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM (4 hours/day)
