The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to the agency. This position is suited to individuals with an interest in developmental services.

We are looking for applicants who are:

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors
Answer and direct phone calls
Complete routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning and printing documents
Physical and electronic filing
Sort and distribute mail
Monitor agency email account
Update and maintain agency website
Additional administrative duties, as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma required; a college diploma in Office or Business Administration is preferred
Submission of a clear criminal record check including vulnerable sector screening for review
Valid First Aid and CPR certification (emergency level or higher)
A valid full G class driver's license, access to a reliable vehicle, and $1,000,000 liability coverage
