Job Summary & Key Responsibilities
A part-time academic is required to teaching HIST 3369.03, America in the 1960s, Wednesdays 1135-1425, in the winter term of the 2025/2026 academic year (January to April 2026).
The part-time academic is responsible for all aspects of teaching, grading and administration of the class. In addition, the part-time academic is to be available for two hours per week outside of class time for student consultation. The part-time academic reports to the Chair of the History Department.
Qualifications/Requirements of Position
Candidates must possess a PhD in History or related field. In addition experience teaching the period from an intersectional perspective will be reviewed favorably.
Salary Range/Pay Rate
As per CUPE Collective Agreement

All offers of employment as a part-time academic are conditional upon sufficient student enrollment in the course and approval by the university.
