Parts/Service Advisorto join our team in Red Deer

HOURS OF WORK:

Friday - Monday

7AM - 5:30PM

Responsibilities:

Parts sales for current customers Opening and closing of work orders Confirming technicians time and work explanations Distributing parts to technicians and billing out to correct work order Special order parts from suppliers Inventory data entry Shipping and receiving duties Inventory reporting Inventory counts and control Part warranty concerns - confirm whether a part is warrantable and take the appropriate action Estimate parts costs for repairs when required Cost control Ability to lift materials weighing 50lbs. Valid Class 5 driver's license required

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Service-writing experience Customer service experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, computers, and internet Experience with TMT Software an asset Preference will be given to candidates with a trucking background
