POSITION: PARTS SALES SPECIALIST ABOUT BRIKERS We\xe2\x80\x99re fixers - we\xe2\x80\x99ve been rebuilding heavy equipment components for over 20 years. We dismantle whole equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders and rock trucks on site, rebuild the components to their original specifications, and test them on our in-house test bench. POSITION SUMMARY This position\'s primary responsibility is facilitating all aspects of heavy equipment parts sales to potential and/or existing customers. The Parts Sales Specialist will also be responsible for supporting the sales department with other duties as required. This position is full-time. Work hours are between Mon - Fri 7:00am - 3:30 pm. RESPONSIBILITIES: \xc2\xb7 Manage parts inquiries and correspondence effectively, through email, by phone and other technology in a timely and courteous manner \xc2\xb7 Use parts books to look up part numbers & source parts/components through dealer network \xc2\xb7 Utilizes technical data, sales, and promotional resources to generate leads and achieve sales targets \xc2\xb7 Develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain the professional image of the company \xc2\xb7 Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge \xc2\xb7 Provide customers with in-depth information regarding equipment & parts for sale \xc2\xb7 Emphasize product features and benefits, quote prices, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, inventory, billing invoices, and other documentation QUALIFICATIONS: \xc2\xb7 Position requires knowledge within the heavy construction/mining industry and a strong sales and mechanical aptitude is required with preference given to 5 - 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience \xc2\xb7 Results oriented with strong negotiation skills \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques \xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational and time management skills \xc2\xb7 High level of integrity and work ethic and to be able to thrive in target driven environment \xc2\xb7 Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers \xc2\xb7 Strong computer skills with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in software applications with working knowledge of the MS Office suite \xc2\xb7 Strong communication and presentation skills with outstanding interpersonal aptitude BRIKERS provides competitive compensation packages as well as an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment.
