Parts Sales Manager

driving aftermarket sales, optimizing inventory, and expanding our global reach

to develop innovative strategies that boost revenue and keep our customers coming back.

What We're Looking For:
Sales Leader:
Experience managing a sales team or leading sales initiatives in a technical industry.
Customer-Focused:
Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Strategic Thinker:
Proven track record of developing and executing revenue-driving sales plans.
Strong Communicator:
Ability to clearly convey ideas, motivate a team, and engage with global partners.
Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with parts sales, inventory management, and equipment servicing.
Data-Driven:
Skilled in sales tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis to drive growth.

Lead & Inspire:
Mentor and manage our Parts Sales Technicians and Warehouse 11 Shipping team, fostering a high-energy, results-driven culture.
Boost Sales:
Develop creative strategies to increase parts sales, upsell key products, and improve customer satisfaction.
Streamline & Optimize:
Improve order fulfillment, enhance sales processes, and maximize efficiency.
Think Globally:
Collaborate with Terex teams worldwide to align strategies and expand our global parts business.
Customer First:
Analyze customer needs, solve issues, and provide top-tier solutions to keep them running smoothly.
