We are currently seeking a
Parts Repair Technician
to join our team at our office in Ville Saint-Laurent, Quebec. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who like working with their hands and solving problems on a daily basis.
Reporting to the National Inventory Manager, the Parts Repair Technician is responsible to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair ATM parts and equipment to support the organization nationally. Working out of our warehouse, this individual will ensure that any defective ATM parts and equipment are repaired to provide a quick turnaround to our customers.
From time to time, this individual will complete other duties as assigned by management.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair ATM equipment and parts.
Maintain accurate detailed records of repairs / estimates.
Keep repaired inventory up-to-date.
Assist co-workers, as needed, such as: programming ATM terminals, cleaning equipment for installs, and ensuring the warehouse is organized appropriately.
Maintain a clean and organized work space.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
High School Diploma, required.
Bilingual in English and French, both verbal and written an asset but not required.
EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL SKILLS, AND KEY COMPETENCIES
1 to 2 years' prior experience in a technical service role.
Astute office skills, including: computer usage, data entry, and word processing.
Demonstrate a professional manner in communicating with colleagues.
Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team environment.
Self-starter, who pays attention to detail and stays organized.
Strong problem-solving skills, using independent judgment to resolve unusual work problems.
Sound reading and writing ability.
Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds and work on their feet throughout the day.
Astute focus on customer service.

technicien en reparation de pieces
pour joindre notre equipe de Ville St-Laurent dans la province de Quebec. Il s'agit d'une opportunite passionnante pour les personnes qui aiment travailler manuellement et resoudre des problemes au quotidien.
Relevant du directeur national de l'inventaire, le technicien en reparation de pieces est responsable du depannage (troubleshooting), du diagnostic et de la reparation des pieces et equipement des guichets automatiques afin de soutenir l'organisation a l'echelle nationale. Le candidat ideal travaillera a notre entrepot et veillera a ce que toutes les pieces et equipement defectueux des guichets automatiques soient repares afin de fournir un delai d'execution rapide a nos clients.
Le candidat ideal remplira occasionnellement d'autres taches a la demande de la direction.
TACHES PRINCIPALES
Depannage (troubleshooting), diagnostic et reparation des pieces et equipement des guichets automatiques.
Tenir des registres detailles et precis des reparations / estimations.
Tenir a jour l'inventaire des pieces reparees.
Au besoin, soutenir ses collegues, tels que : programmer les terminaux des guichets automatiques, nettoyer l'equipement pour les installations et s'assurer que l'entrepot est organise de maniere appropriee.
Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organise.
Maintenir les outils et equipements en bon etat de fonctionnement.
EDUCATION ET FORMATION
Diplome d'etudes secondaires requis.
Bilinguisme parle et ecrit (anglais et francais) sera considere comme un atout.
EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCES TECHNIQUES ET COMPETENCES CLES
1 a 2 ans d'experience prealable dans un role de service technique.
Maitrise des connaissances bureautiques, notamment : utilisation d'un ordinateur, saisie de donnees et traitement de texte.
Doit demontrer une communication professionnelle avec ses collegues.
Capacite a travailler de facon efficace individuellement et au sein d'une equipe.
Personne autonome qui porte une attention aux details et possede un sens de l'organisation.
Solides competences en resolution de problemes, en utilisant un bon jugement afin de resoudre des problemes inhabituels au travail.
Aptitudes de communication verbales et ecrites.
Capacite a soulever regulierement 50 livres et a travailler en position debout tout au long de la journee.
Attention particuliere au service a la clientele.
