Job Description

We are getting busier and so we are looking for our next outstanding Parts Department employee who is friendly and professional while assisting customers with their material handling equipment parts inquiries. Do you have 1-2 years working in a similar role? Experience working with Industrial Equipment would be an asset . Someone who is a journeyman parts person has the qualifications we are looking for but someone who has an equivalent amount of training and experience will also be considered. Higher than industry wages offered for the right years of training & experience!! Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of service to internal and external customers
• Work in a professional manner and maintaining a good attitude and work ethic
• Order Parts, track orders and advise customers when parts have been received.
• Open and close Purchase Orders
• Assist with Receiving and shipping products and documents when required
• Maintain the parts inventory in the shop and in the vans
• Understand and comply with MSDS & Company safety program

Qualifications

• Have above average oral and written communication skills and a willingness to learn all aspects of the operation
• Above average computer skills using databases, Word, Excel & Outlook programs
• Able to work in a busy, high pressure environment
• Mechanical aptitude is needed to be successful; forklift experience will be an asset
• Experience processing parts orders and sourcing parts is required.

Hours are 8:00-4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Benefits available after 3 months of employment. Salary negotiable Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits:
