Job Description

Brandt Industries is currently seeking a results driven and highly motivated Parts Operations Manager for our Customer Support Centre in Regina, SK.



Vision



The Parts Operations Manager drives Brandt's parts business by ensuring effective distribution, inventory management, and dealer support across all facilities. Reporting to the Director of Customer Support, this role oversees warehouse operations, inventory control, purchasing, and the Parts Planning function, providing strategic leadership to achieve operational goals, maintain inventory performance, and support dealer satisfaction.





Duties and Responsibilities


Lead and manage teams to continuously improve parts fill, delivery, and process efficiency while actively managing inventory performance, obsolescence, and turnover metrics. Develop and implement strategic stocking policies and guidelines to meet demand and maintain optimal inventory levels across all facilities. Oversee warehouse operations in Regina, SK, and Hudson, IL, with Warehouse Managers reporting directly to this role. Oversee inventory management for the third-party logistics facility in Minot, ND, ensuring proper stocking and replenishment. Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Parts Planning, Inventory Control, and Purchasing teams to ensure effective parts availability and optimized sourcing strategies. Provide strategic oversight of the Parts Planning function to ensure proper stocking policies and alignment with operational goals. Own overall parts inventory management, including setting policies, monitoring accuracy, optimizing turnover, managing obsolescence, leading year-end counts, overseeing sourcing from production and suppliers, and maintaining pricing. Identify and implement process improvements across warehousing, parts planning, and inventory control to increase efficiency. Implement supply chain solutions that optimize service levels for dealers and end customers. Ensure dealer satisfaction and service responsiveness by monitoring KPIs, addressing escalations, and maintaining high standards of parts support. Leverage team reporting and ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making. Compile the annual parts sales budget and monitor performance against it. Serve as a key point of guidance and communication for dealers, partners, and suppliers. Collaborate with production, engineering, sales, and service teams to optimize parts availability, improve inventory performance, and drive parts business profitability.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel and using data to drive decisions. Results-driven, highly motivated, and skilled at cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal teams, dealers, and partners.






Required Experience

Proven managerial experience leading multiple teams in warehouse, inventory, or supply chain operations. Experience managing inventory performance, including turnover, obsolescence, and accuracy. Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or distribution processes in manufacturing or equipment industries; agriculture or heavy equipment experience is a plus. * Track record of meeting operational KPIs, service targets, and financial goals.
