Job Description

As a Parts Manager in Southern Alberta, you'll lead the branch parts function, ensuring seamless support to service operations while driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and a superior customer experience. You'll oversee inventory, parts processes, and team performance while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Salary:

$100,000 - $110,000 annually



What You'll Do




Lead and coach the parts team, driving engagement, accountability, and high performance. Oversee all parts operations, including inventory management, warehousing, parts processes (5S), and branch equipment purchasing. Monitor and analyze work order systems and financial performance, including P&L, forecasting, and budgeting. Collaborate with Service and Operations teams to align inventory with service needs and resolve parts issues promptly. Identify, document, and improve work processes to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and company policies while supporting the Region's Quality Management System.

What You Bring




Journeyperson Parts certification or equivalent. Minimum 5 years leadership/coaching experience in the heavy equipment or industrial industry. Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, forecasting, and budgeting. Knowledge of parts distribution, inventory management, and mechanical trade repair processes. Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills. Valid Class 5 driver's license.
