Parts Manager

to join our team at

Hickman Truck Centre

in

St. John's

Duties/Responsibilities:

Is responsible for profit management in the Parts Department and must examine department financial statements, including expenses and revenue, to ensure the department's profitability. Oversee the daily operations of the parts department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and selling parts and accessories. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts and accessories. Train, coach, and motivate a team of parts specialists to provide exceptional customer service and support. Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote parts and accessories sales. Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, sales, and purchases. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Post secondary in business administration/commerce or related field. Experience in parts management in an automotive setting would be considered an asset. Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.. Ability to analyze sales date and identify trends and opportunities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Inventory Management software.
