Position Overview:
Finning Canada is seeking a Parts Journeyperson-Countersales to join our busy team in Saskatoon. Your will be responsible for developing and maintaining internal and external customer relationships, providing sales support for telephone, walk in and shop parts needs, as well as effectively managing all facets of the parts ordering process and system and hose building.

:• Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensure all parts returned are in new and resalable condition
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service: discuss products and services, ensure all backorders are sourced and customers notified
• Operate material handling equipment
• Inspection of components and cores, return from customers and shop
• Verifying original purchase documentation to determine if parts are returnable
• Determining if part is covered by warranty and complete appropriate documentation
• Back up hose coverage when required
• Performing safe work practices at all times
• Completion of JHA's to identify hazards in the workplace
• Accurate identification of required parts
• Accurate, efficient, and timely procurement of parts
• Order accuracy in routing and parts identification
• Other functions may include but are not limited to:
• NEP sourcing of CAT and non-CAT parts
• Procurement of non-CAT parts
• Managing backordered parts
• ••Some after-hours on-call support may be required••
Qualifications:
• Journeyperson parts certification coupled with previous parts, warehouse, front counter, sales experience.
• Experience with hose building
• A high performance, positive attitude and the ability to build and maintain respectful working relationships
• Clearly demonstrate enthusiasm about their work and must be able to function effectively and purposefully in a dynamic environment
• Ability to deal with difficult situations and potentially unhappy customers
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
• Computer literacy with applicable software knowledge along with shop parts experience
• Experience with SIS, AIMS, Antares, SIMSi, InfoCast, Lawson M3, Landmark Smart Office, M3 Sales Automation and the MS Office Package will be considered assets
• Possess TDG, WHMIS, and Forklift Certification
Education & Experience:• Journeyperson Partsperson Certification
• Completion of Grade 12
• Possess TDG, WHMIS, and Forklift Certification
• Marketing and sales experience
