Serpa Chrysler is seeking a dependable and hardworking

Parts Driver & Groundskeeper

to support our dealership operations. This dual-role position is responsible for efficient parts delivery, maintaining dealership grounds, and assisting with general facility duties to ensure a safe, clean, and professional environment for our customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Parts Driver Duties:

Pick up and deliver automotive parts to customers, vendors, and internal departments. Ensure accurate, timely deliveries with proper documentation. Maintain the dealership parts truck/vehicle in clean and safe condition. Assist the Parts Department with shipping, receiving, stocking, and inventory organization.
Support parts advisors with general department workflow as required.

Groundskeeping & Dealership Support:

Perform year-round grounds maintenance, including: +

Snow removal

and salting of walkways and dealership entrances.
+ General exterior cleanup and debris remova.
Assist with dealership operational needs, including: + Moving and organizing vehicles on the lot.
+ Ensuring all customer-facing areas remain clean, safe, and accessible.
+ Light facility maintenance tasks as directed.

Report any safety or maintenance concerns to management promptly.

Qualifications:

Valid Ontario G-Class driver's licence with clean driving record. Ability to safely operate dealership vehicles, including trucks and inventory units. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently without supervision. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (snow, heat, rain). Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in automotive, groundskeeping, or delivery roles is considered an asset.
