As a key member of the Stampede Toyota team and reporting to the Parts Manager, the Parts Driver will work with the parts department, representing a world-class leader in the automotive industry.


Stampede Toyota is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Parts Driver at our location in Calgary.

Summary:

The Parts Driver delivers automotive parts and supplies to customers and repair shops, ensuring accuracy, safety, and professional service. They also support the parts department by handling pickups, assisting with inventory, and providing excellent customer communication

Major Responsibilities:

Load, transport and deliver automotive parts and supplies to customers and repair shops. Pick up parts and materials from suppliers as directed. Verify accuracy of deliveries against invoices or packing slips. Provide friendly, professional service during all customer interactions. Obtain signatures, payments or returns as required. Communicate delays or issues to the parts department promptly. Maintain company delivery vehicle in clean & safe condition. Report any vehicle issues, accidents or incidents immediately. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations Assist with stocking shelves, organizing inventory or any other warehouse duties when not driving. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively and handling deliveries courteously.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in various weather conditions. High level of professionalism and a positive attitude. Previous driver or customer service experience is a plus.
