Job Summary

The Parts Driver is responsible for supporting the Parts Department by transporting automotive parts and supplies throughout the service bays, storage areas, vendors, and customers in a timely and efficient manner.

This role is central to the smooth operation of the service and parts departments by maintaining accurate deliveries, pickups, and stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering automotive parts, tools, and equipment to technicians and other parts of the service department as needed Maintain inventory organization by stocking shelves and organizing parts bins Assist with unloading and receiving deliveries and checking parts against invoices for accuracy Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department Support the Parts and Service Departments with locating and retrieving required parts Dispose of used parts and packaging in accordance with dealership and environmental guidelines. Perform other tasks as directed by the Parts Manager, including but not limited to external location deliveries

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Valid G Driver's licence with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment Previous automotive or dealership experience is an asset
