will be responsible for delivering parts to our customers in a timely and professional manner. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Deliver automotive parts and accessories to customers using a company vehicle in a safe and timely manner.
Accurately record all deliveries and pickups, ensuring appropriate paperwork accompanies all deliveries.
Ensure any customer complaints are brought to the attention of the Parts Manager
Checks-In with the Parts department on Delivery progress/delays
May assist with customer service activities within store location, assist with keeping store in a neat and orderly manner including stocking of shelves.
Requirements:
Must possess and maintain a valid Manitoba Class 5 Drivers License or equivalent.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills including the ability to build relationships.
Parts/Delivery experience is considered as asset.
