AULT a company of Alta Equipment Group, is seeking a full-time Parts CSR in Peterborough, ON. The main responsibilities of the position consist of, but are not limited to:

Summary of responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Greet customers, determine their needs, provide advice and friendly service Provide accurate information of parts availability, specifications and pricing Sales and Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders by phone, email or in person Inventory Management: Store and tracking inventory ensuring accuracy, monitoring inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment Coordinating with service team ensuring parts availability for service calls Payments and Returns: Assist with cash sales and handling of returns and exchanges Other tasks deemed necessary by management

Skills:

High school diploma Minimum of 3 years of experience in this role Proficiency in Suite office Knowledge of Business Central software (an asset) Product Knowloedge: A general understanding of Industry (an asset) Proactive and autonomous
