Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Counter Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing order fulfillment and assisting with various tasks related to the front counter operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and needs. Process orders accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products and services. Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring that all materials are readily available for customer service. Handle cash transactions and perform cashiering duties as required. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking inventory and order management. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery. Willingness to learn and help the company grow. Deliver parts as required on a daily basis

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or retail environments is preferred. Automotive experience considered an asset. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting. Proven experience with electronic parts catalogs and inventory management systems. Valid drivers license, (must be 25 years of age or over for insurance). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma. Ability to keep the showroom clean and fully stocked.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
