Join the Family today, the Dilawri Lifestyle is waiting for you!Capilano Audi is currently looking to fill a position of a Part Advisor.Essential Duties:\xc2\xb7 Assist retail and wholesale customers in ordering parts\xc2\xb7 Maintain parts inventory and availability\xc2\xb7 Determine replacement parts by inspecting old parts or listening to customers descriptions of the parts.\xc2\xb7 Advice customers on substitution or modification of parts when exact replacement is not available.\xc2\xb7 Prepare sales slips or sales invoices.\xc2\xb7 Examine returned parts for defects.\xc2\xb7 Exchange defective parts or refund money.\xc2\xb7 Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.\xc2\xb7 Mark and store parts in stockroom according to prearranged system.\xc2\xb7 Communicate with people from outside the organization.\xc2\xb7 Sell parts and accessories\xc2\xb7 Provide advice and consultation to customers with regards to parts.\xc2\xb7 Purchase replacement parts as required.\xc2\xb7 Greet customers in a courteous manner.\xc2\xb7 Maintain workstation and parts department area in a clean and orderly manner.\xc2\xb7 Complete assigned tasks on time.\xc2\xb7 Other related duties as assigned by management.Advantages of the Dilawri Lifestyle:
