Qualifications

:

Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent Possession of a related post-related education and/or background in agricultural equipment parts are definite assets Previous experience with EZ Parts or other parts order system is preferred Minimum 2 years a customer service capacity Ability to read blueprints and good understanding of vehicle parts Must be customer focused and possess excellent communication and phone skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and Electronic Cataloguing Good problem solving skills and the ability to work in a busy office environment

Responsibilities:



Assist Tractor Dealers with parts orders Determine availability, provide pricing, complete appropriate paperwork, coordinate shipping Resolve issues and/or discrepancies Manage all return procedures and related administrative functions Provide exceptional customer service
