Job Description

Taiga Group is looking to acquire responsible and dependable personnel with a zealous and dedicated work ethic to join our supportive team environment. Taiga Group provides a strategic range of remote aerial sensing and Geomatics services, specialized in multi-platform collection with helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

Under the direction of the Director of Maintenance and Production Manager, a successful candidate will complete all assigned tasks to ultimately support our Aircraft Engineers, Pilots, and Field Services Staff in the successful completion of company operations.

Assigned tasks will include but not limited the following:



Company liaison between suppliers and vendors for the procurement of aircraft supplies, parts, accessories, and components. Ensuring prompt and effective shipping nationally and internationally; associated tracking and follow-up for all values required for company operations. Organize the return of all aircraft cores to applicable vendors.

Accurately maintain all supplies, inventory and shelf-life items required. Tracking and replenishment of major rotables. Complete associated data entry - maintaining all documentation and certifications as described within company manuals.

Schedule the procurement of required tooling and calibration of existing tooling.

Ensure all Aircraft records are accurately kept up to date. Quality review of Journey Log entries (flight and maintenance), maintenance reports and packages; transcribing maintenance entries from Aircraft Journey Logs to applicable Technical Records.

Accurately and efficiently report all findings and information to applicable company personnel.

Candidate Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent - associated degree or diploma will be considered a strong asset.

Hold proficiency with computers and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Valid drivers license, ability to obtain enhanced security clearances

Ability to work under pressure and fast paced environments, High attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Strong command of the English language (verbal and written).

Previous experience in related field an asset

Accommodate abrupt changes in work schedule if required.

Ability to work on site, lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.

Strong organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
