We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Hamilton, Ontario! As a

Parts Clerk

, you will ensure that proper procedures are being followed by the inspection team members for productivity, quality control, and safety.

What you're responsible for:

Accurately picking, packing, and distributing heavy equipment, truck, and trailer parts to production and maintenance teams in a timely manner Handling incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper documentation, verification, and reconciliation through Maximo Maintaining accurate records of all parts transactions, stock movements, and service requests Working closely with maintenance, purchasing, and operations teams to ensure parts availability, timely replenishment, and smooth workflow Conducting cycle counts, ensuring accuracy of stock levels, and maintaining detailed documentation

Qualifications

You have experience in a parts department, warehouse, or maintenance environment You have knowledge of heavy equipment, trucks, or industrial machinery You have a solid understanding of inventory management and parts control processes You have a valid G license * You are comfortable lifting 50+ lbs
