Job Description
Position Summary
The Parts Assistant is responsible for supporting yard and warehouse operations by locating, transporting, and receiving parts, materials, and supplies efficiently and accurately. This role ensures timely movement of inventory between the warehouse, yard, mechanics, and job sites while maintaining organization, safety, and cleanliness of the work areas.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver parts in and around Saskatoon area
Verify parts accuracy at vendors
Assist with parts ordering and stocking
Load and unload materials using skid steer and wheel loader
Yard maintenance - snow removal, garbage clean up, parking wide range of equipment and trucks
Assist with shipping and receiving of equipment and materials
Qualifications:
Class 5 License with a G Endorsement and Clear Drivers Abstract
Can work Independently
Willing to learn and able to adapt to changing priorities
Mechanical knowledge preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
