• Competitive wages: base pay is $62,898- 78,622/year. Will include a commission structure in addition to the base salary. Discussion regarding full compensation package conducted upon initial pre-screen.

Job Overview
We are looking for a Ground Engaging Equipment (GET) Parts and Service Sales Representative to join our Labrador City branch. If you have a passion for selling, excellent customer service skills and are looking to be part of something BIG we want to hear from you
Reports to: Regional Manager
Shift: Monday-Friday
Allowances: Additional premiums and allowances are associated with this position due to location
Safety Sensitive: Yes- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation
Key Job Responsibilities

• Provides front line customer service support, acts as key customer contact and liaises with appropriate personnel to communicate customer needs
• Develop sales opportunities for Komatsu Surface GET aftermarket parts and service
• Interacts with customers to understand their needs and applications
• Responds to customers' requests for quotations
• Conduct dipper and bucket GET inspections, physical inventory counts at branch and consignment stock
• Effectively and professionally communicate with external and internal customers to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Build long-term relationships with customers, understand key decision makers for assigned accounts
• Receive and process customer purchase orders
• Manage and expedite parts backlog
• Provide regular status reports about business activities and opportunity development
• Provide input when developing sales budgets and targets
• Coordinate with the AR group to resolve any past due invoices
• Process returns from the customers

Qualifications/Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GE
• Bilingual in French and English
• High level of computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Office, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent customer service skills with a strong customer focus
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team
• Detailed orientated and have a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both internal and external customer
• Able to safely lift 50lbs without assistance
• Background and experience with warehousing would be an asset
• SAP experience is considered an asset
