Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, dealership experience, or automotive repair, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Multilingual abilities and proficiency with POS systems are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.

Duties

Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional customer service to understand their needs Present and demonstrate products or services, emphasizing features and benefits Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments Assist customers with order fulfillment, including processing paperwork and coordinating delivery or pickup Maintain a clean and organized sales area, ensuring product displays are appealing and well-stocked Engage in marketing activities to promote products and increase sales Negotiate prices and terms with customers to close sales effectively Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product updates, and industry trends Support maintenance of customer records using Microsoft Excel or CRM tools

Requirements

Proven experience in dealership sales, retail sales, or automotive repair is preferred Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales confidently Familiarity with POS systems, CMMS, or other sales management software is a plus Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and inventory management Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or payments Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly Experience with marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be able to handle cash accurately and perform cashiering duties efficiently
