Parts Advisor/Videographer

to ensure our vehicles stay reliable and our customers informed.

What You'll Do:

Order parts for ongoing vehicle repairs in an efficient and timely manner Receive and review parts orders as they come in for accuracy Work closely with technicians to support any maintenance needs Work with our suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships Maintain parts inventory count Conduct video documentation of repairs on client's vehicles while accurately describing the technicians' vehicle prognosis Prompt upload of video to the client

What You Bring:

Previous automotive experience is an asset, but not required Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner Proficiency with Microsoft Office software A positive attitude and excellent work ethic - love a team setting! Detail-oriented and a willingness to learn and grow
