Job Description

We're currently hiring a Parts Advisor to join our Weissach INEOS Grenadier team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to establish a long-term career in the automotive industry in a collaborative, supportive, and high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support daily parts operations, including parts look-up, ordering, and inventory control

Work directly with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and accurate parts delivery

Accurately estimate and quote parts for service and repair jobs

Maintain knowledge of INEOS Automotive parts and accessories, with potential to support INEOS Grenadier product lines

Assist with DMS usage for invoicing, parts allocation, and inventory tracking (PBS experience preferred)

support the service writing team when needed

Participate in maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and customer-focused parts department

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership parts department

Strong understanding of dealership operations, service workflows, and inventory management

Familiarity with PBS or other dealership management systems (DMS)

Technically inclined with a genuine interest in high-performance vehicles

High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills

Desire for career development within a growing and evolving business

Team-first attitude and willingness to assist across departments when needed
