D. Alex MacDonald Ford is currently seeking a

full-time Parts Advisor

to join our team in

Summerside

. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, and technicians to source and manage parts efficiently using our online catalogue system.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting customers and technicians with parts inquiries in a prompt and professional manner Accurately pricing vehicle parts and accessories Managing incoming and outgoing parts orders (shipping & receiving) Answering phone calls and assisting with external business inquiries Organizing and gathering all necessary parts for repair orders Ensuring parts are correctly billed to the appropriate work orders

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset, but

not required

We're willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and aligns with our core values Experience with computerized parts systems is helpful A friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service mindset Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and be a reliable part of the team
