Job Description
Strathmore Motors is looking for a new team member in our Parts Department. We are looking for a front parts counterperson to join our team. Our front counter person will be in a fast-paced environment working with all departments within the dealership, as well as walk-in retail customers. Requirements:
- Parts department experience (General Motors parts experience an asset)
- Valid Alberta driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
- Own transportation to and from work
- Ordering, pricing, and locating parts as per customer requests,
- Keeping customers informed with backorders and updates,
- Keeping a neat and organized workspace,
- Being a team player and role model,
- Attention to detail and organization when stocking new freight,
- Placing parts orders and counting inventory,
- Keeping track of all returns and inventory orders,
- Processing warranty claims and returns,
- Delivering parts in a timely fashion.
