Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Experienced Parts Technician to join our growing team! If you are looking to join the Stony Plain Chrysler family -- where we treat our customers like family -- then we want you!

This is a full-time position. Hours will be from 7:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with one day/week until 6pm, and rotating Saturdays 8am-3pm.

Requirements

Must have Parts experience Able to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and in a group environment Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient and timely processing of parts orders within the guidelines of company policies and procedures and by checking parts availability Able to handle incoming calls Provide excellent customer satisfaction in quoting, selling, and providing information to customers, service advisors, and mechanics Assisting service advisors with recalls and technical service bulletins Sell added value parts as appropriate Inventory control Automotive electrical and mechanical knowledge Experience in an automotive dealership parts environment Strong multi-tasking skills Strong organization skills Excellent communication skills Computer background an asset PBS experience an asset Must be self-motivated Have a positive, can-do attitude Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Journeyman or apprenticing parts technician an asset

Pay: $48,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
