Job Description
Part of the West Coast Auto Group, West Coast Toyota is seeking an experienced full-time Parts Advisor. Qualified individual will sell, at retail, parts to all available customers, over the counter, through the shop or on the phone.
Parts Advisor Responsibilities include:
-Assist internal and external customers in selecting required parts, suggest companion requirements, offer specials, and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line
-Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick up
-Solicit assigned accounts by phone
-Assist service technicians in selecting parts needed for repairs in process
-Answer parts phone callsParts Advisor Qualifications:-Experience is an asset but willing to provide additional training to the right candidate
-Car knowledge is required
-Retail Sales experience would be an asset
-Ability to work well with the public and co-workers and to be able to multi-task efficiently
