We're growing our Parts Department and are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented

Parts Advisor

$2,500 signing bonus

(paid after successful 90-day probation without handbook violations.) Competitive salary based on experience Range typically

$45,000-$55,000

Key Responsibilities:

Support retail customers and service technicians with accurate parts recommendations Use PBS and STARPARTS to source, order, and track parts Communicate professionally with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams Maintain accurate inventory levels and organization in the stockroom and retail floor Process returns, warranties, and core charges Contribute to a clean, efficient, and well-run parts operation

What You Bring to the Table:

Experience in an automotive parts role (Chrysler/Stellantis experience preferred) Familiarity with PBS and STARPARTS systems is an asset Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Reliable work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude Commitment to customer satisfaction and high service standards
