Parts Advisor

to join our growing team. As a Powersports Parts Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for our customers and technicians--helping them find the right parts, accessories, and gear to keep their rides running and looking their best. You'll work in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, accuracy, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online with parts inquiries and orders. Identify correct parts using electronic catalogs and manufacturer resources. Process parts orders, returns, and special requests efficiently and accurately. Maintain an organized, well-stocked parts department. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders. Upsell related accessories and gear to enhance the customer experience. Support inventory management through cycle counts and stock replenishment. Stay up to date with new models, accessories, and manufacturer updates.

Requirements

Previous experience in a

powersports

,

automotive

, or

marine

parts department preferred. Strong product knowledge of major powersports brands (e.g., Polaris, CF Moto, Argo, Segway, etc.) Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a high-volume environment. Basic computer proficiency with POS and inventory systems. A passion for powersports and enthusiasm for helping customers enjoy their ride!
