Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
- Process customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Receive and inspect incoming parts shipments
- Organize and maintain the parts department for easy access and efficient operations
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track inventory and orders

Qualifications:
- Strong market knowledge of automotive, atv, tractor, RV parts and accessories
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it may enhance communication with a diverse customer base
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Familiarity with CMMS software or the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Previous experience in cashiering, retail sales, or automotive repair is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and inventory management
