Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry and a strong commitment to providing outstanding service to both internal technicians and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries in person, by phone, and electronically. Identify and source required parts using catalogs and inventory systems. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. Maintain inventory levels and organize stockroom according to dealership standards. Coordinate parts deliveries and pickups. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in automotive parts or service (Honda experience is an asset). Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with inventory software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
