Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and identify their service needs with enthusiasm and professionalism Prepare accurate estimates and service writing documentation to ensure clear communication between technicians and customers Upsell additional services or parts by highlighting benefits and explaining options confidently Coordinate with technicians to schedule repairs and ensure timely completion of service work Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service history, and parts inventory

Qualifications

Proven dealership experience or background in a parts department is highly preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in diagnostics, repair procedures, and maintenance Experience working with service technicians on complex issues such as transmissions, oil changes, suspension systems, diesel engines and brake systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and professionally Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining integrity and trust with clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour
