The Nitty-Gritty of What you'll be doing:




Processing part orders in a fast, courteous, and professional manner. List and price out parts on repair orders and/or counter tickets. Write purchase orders for parts, update records and customer files. Keep work areas clean, safe and put away loose stock. Liaise with Service Technicians and customers to effectively communicate services. Maintain and manage parts department bin locations. Confirm parts orders for next day's appointments. Pick orders for technicians and deliver parts orders out to shop. Manage returns and maintain open communications with vendors for returns. Shipping and receiving parts orders or returns.

A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:




Experience in Supply Chain, Receiving, Purchasing or Office Management would be an asset. Excel at taking parts & accessory orders from internal, retail, & wholesale customers. Must have a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License upon employment. A passion for automobiles and accessories. Has the knowledge and know-how around parts and computer software systems. You're customer driven and bring an outgoing personality - in-person and over the phone. You've got a keen eye for detail - ensuring all paperwork and reports are accurate and fully completed.
