A Day in the life:
The
Parts Advisor
is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with service technicians, the service team and manufacturers for parts identification, reviewing estimates, parts sourcing and problem solving. You must thrive in an extremely fast paced work environment with high deliverables.
What you bring:
2 years+ of customer service experience
Experience with a current ERP system an asset
Technically savvy with the ability to read manufacturer manuals and identify parts
Customer focused with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow instructions and apply critical thinking skills
Ability to work accurately with attention to detail
