Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to join our Partnerships team. This role works closely with Teldon's partners and is responsible for managing the implementation and coordination of calendar programs from account manager handoff through to program completion. This position disseminates accurate information across departments, gathers all necessary program components, and ensures that all deliverables meet deadlines and programs are executed correctly.
The ideal candidate will have experience in account coordination or project coordination, strong communication skills, a commitment to service excellence and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a high level of customer service to all Teldon partners and foster strong partner relationships
• Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring accurate implementation of all program elements
• Collaborate with account managers to gather complete program details prior to communicating them to the team
• Develop and manage comprehensive program timelines, outlining all deliverables for both Teldon and partners including program setup, product design, marketing campaigns, program launch and production, ensuring that all elements are supplied and completed to meet deadlines
• Coordinate with partners and internal teams to gather product images and designs, databases, required information and materials for marketing collateral and web stores and required reports
• Verify all elements necessary to fully build the various products offered within a program, including but not limited to caption and credit verifications
• Secure approval from partners on custom products prior to print deadlines
• Monitor progress of various program elements and provide reports and updates as required
• Support account managers with various administrative tasks
• Identify and cultivate additional sales opportunities by leveraging both new and existing partner relationships
Required Experience and Skills:
• 2+ years of experience as an Account Coordinator or Project Coordinator or similar role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on Excel
• Proven dedication to delivering exceptional client service and support
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong professional integrity and ethics
• Skilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving
• Demonstrates analytical thinking and sound decision-making
• Ability to learn and adapt to manufacturing and production processes
• Experience using Salesforce is an asset

Salary Range: The salary range for this position starts from $65,000 annually. Final compensation will be commensurate with applicable experience and skill level.
