Job Overview:
The Partnership Specialist / Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in building our brand identity, expanding our client base, and ensuring our store is well-represented in the market. The ideal candidate will have strong marketing skills, a talent for connecting with people, and a polished appearance that reflects our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Representation:
Act as the face of our store, representing our values and style to potential clients and collaborators.
Marketing Strategy:
Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and attract clients.
Client Outreach:
Engage in cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups to bring in new clients and nurture existing relationships.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Organize and execute store events, pop-up exhibitions, and collaborations with influencers or designers to increase foot traffic and sales.
Collaboration:
Work closely with influencers, partners, and local businesses to enhance brand exposure and create synergies.
Deal Closing:
Use your sharp negotiation and interpersonal skills to close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Visual Presentation:
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and store presentation, ensuring the brand's aesthetic is always on display.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing, branding, or client-facing roles.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
Experience in event planning and collaboration with influencers or partners.
Confidence in sales, cold calling, and deal-making.

Ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas for brand development.
