Job Summary
At Baycrest Foundation, we're seeking a Specialist, Marketing Data and Analytics to help power our next generation of insight-based fundraising and donor engagement. You will use data, analytics, and technology to drive smarter marketing decisions and contribute to a mission that's advancing brain health and helping to defeat dementia.
In this hands-on role, you'll work with tools like HubSpot, GA4, WordPress, Raiser's Edge, TeamRaiser, and emerging AI and automation platforms to connect audience behavior with measurable outcomes. You'll help operationalize our digital ecosystem, supporting the integration and optimization of digital and direct mail fundraising programs, by building dashboards and automation workflows, optimizing campaigns, and tracking performance to support growth in event participation and fundraising, as well as donor acquisition, retention, and conversion.
We're looking for someone who's eager to help lay the groundwork for Baycrest Foundation's long-term digital strategy. This role is central to building the systems, processes, and insights that will drive marketing performance for years to come. You'll bring curiosity, attention to detail, and a drive to learn--turning data into understanding and optimizing donor experiences.
